Character Limits

Different products have different space available for personalisation. Longer names may be resized slightly to ensure the finished design remains balanced and elegant.

Positioning

Some products allow multiple placement options. If no preference is provided, we’ll use the placement that best complements your chosen design.

Proof Approval

For most standard name personalisation, we create your item without sending a proof to help keep dispatch times quick.

For larger custom projects, logos or bespoke requests, we’ll contact you if artwork approval is required before production begins.
